Light, airy, and full of flavor, our sourdough focaccia is naturally leavened with our house sourdough starter and slowly fermented to develop a rich depth of flavor. Each loaf is hand-stretched, generously drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, and baked until the crust is beautifully golden and crisp while the inside remains soft, tender, and full of delicate air pockets.
Perfect served warm on its own, paired with soups and salads, dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, or sliced for unforgettable sandwiches.
