Bread has always represented comfort, connection, and the simple joy of gathering around a table. After years of working in commercial kitchens, I discovered the art of naturally leavened sourdough and was captivated by the patience, precision, and tradition behind every loaf.
What began as a personal journey to learn the craft soon became a passion. I found myself constantly studying, experimenting, and refining my techniques, discovering that the best bread isn't rushed - it develops through time, care, and attention to details.
That passion inspired me to create Chez Shea Artisan Bread, a small artisan bakery dedicated to producing handcrafted sourdough breads that celebrate traditional baking methods and exceptional quality. My goal is simple: to offer bread that is honest, wholesome, and made with the same care I would give to my own family.
